Can I change my order or shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once an order has been placed.
If you need to update your address, please email us at cs@tiam.co.kr as soon as possible and include the following:
In the subject line, put “Update shipping address”. Please include your order number and the new shipping address in the email.
How do I cancel my order?
To request a cancellation, please click the Cancel Order button on ‘Orders’. Or please email us at cs@tiam.co.kr as soon as possible and include the following:
In the subject line, put “Cancellation” and include your order number. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll do our best!
